How to return an item<\/h2>\n

  1. Submit your return request within 14 days of placing your order (unless local consumer laws grant you more time).<\/li>\n

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt)<\/li>\n

    • Ship the items within 14 days of notifying us of your return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nWe recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt as proof of return.\n\nReturn conditions\n

      • Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documents intact.<\/li>\n
